LEED Green Associate & LEED AP Homes
Overview & Exam Prep

A 3-day Workshop on Green Building Principles & LEED Core Concepts

U.S. Green Building Council has made a number of recent changes to the LEED examinations required for accreditation. 'Green Associate' is the Tier 1 achievement within USGBC's new LEED 2009 three-tiered accreditation system, and signifies a strong knowledge base of the principles of LEED Sustainable Design. 'LEED AP+' is now offered as a Tier 2 credential and is geared toward industry professionals who plan on working on specific types of Green Building Projects. LEED AP Homes is specifically designed for green building professionals who specialize in high-performance homes.

Developed by the U.S Green Building Council, LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the universally accepted green building system and covers all elements of building construction including: site factors, water & energy usage, materials and resources, air quality, & design innovation.
